About the role
Join Bill Gosling Outsourcing’s dynamic call‑center team, where you will help customers resolve account issues and negotiate payment arrangements. This on‑site position focuses on both inbound and outbound interactions, providing tailored solutions that improve customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Review account status and information to identify the best solution for each customer.
- Negotiate payment terms and arrange settlements when applicable.
- Update customer account details accurately in the system.
- Escalate complaints to the appropriate manager or department promptly.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- Full availability for afternoon and evening shifts starting at 1:00 PM.
- High‑school education completed (preferred but not mandatory).
- Previous call‑center experience is a plus, not required.
- English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or higher (score ≥85%).
Required skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
- Comfortable using customer‑service platforms and CRM systems.
