About the role
We are looking for a dedicated cashier to join our institutional cafeteria team in San José (La Uruca). The role focuses on managing the point‑of‑sale (POS) during night shifts while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and manage the POS system for the cafeteria.
- Coordinate daily activities with the kitchen and cleaning staff.
- Analyze daily sales data and report any irregularities.
- Collaborate with management to improve operational processes.
Required profile
- Completed ninth year of schooling (high school).
- Valid food‑handling certificate.
- Availability for rotating schedules, including night shifts.
- Previous experience in similar cashier or food‑service positions.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
