Business Process Manager - Six Sigma Black Belt

About the role

The Business Process Manager will lead Six Sigma initiatives to drive quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction across HPE’s operations. This hybrid position requires working on‑site two days a week in Heredia.

Key responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC methodology to high‑priority projects and facilitate cross‑functional workshops.
• Lead and project‑manage large initiatives that improve customer experience, quality and cost reduction.
• Conduct post‑mortem analyses for critical escalations and field issues.
• Develop and deliver Yellow Belt and Green Belt training as needed.

Required profile

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification with at least 5 years of project leadership.
• Experience in engineering, supply‑chain or customer‑success environments within the technology sector.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and coach teams in continuous‑improvement practices.

Required skills

• Statistical analysis tools: Minitab, SAS, Stata, R.
• Python for data extraction and complex analysis.
• Machine‑learning techniques applied to quality projects.
• Project Management (PMP) knowledge is a plus.
