Business Process Manager – Six Sigma Black Belt

About the role

The Business Process Manager will lead DMAIC‑based projects to drive value across HPE, focusing on customer experience, quality, and cost reduction. This hybrid position requires working on‑site two days per week in Heredia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional initiatives using Six Sigma methodology, facilitating deep‑dive workshops and post‑mortem analyses.
• Manage large improvement projects, establish sustainable processes, and drive change management across global teams.
• Provide Yellow Belt and Green Belt training and mentor staff on Six Sigma practices.

Required profile

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification with at least 5 years of project leadership experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and work with distributed, cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and a self‑starter attitude to manage projects independently.

Required skills

• Statistical software proficiency (Minitab, SAS, Stata, R).
• Python for data extraction and complex analysis.
• Machine‑learning techniques applied to quality projects.
• Project Management (PMP) knowledge is a plus.
