Brand Designer – Mid Level

About the role

As a Brand Designer in Gensler’s Costa Rica office, you will create brand identities, print and digital projects from concept to completion, collaborating with Creative Director, Studio Director, and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual identities, graphics, print collateral, digital communications, branded environments, signage and wayfinding for diverse client projects.
• Blend environmental and graphic design to deliver holistic brand representations.
• Review client materials, generate multiple concepts, and develop documented design solutions.
• Integrate messaging, color, imagery, type and composition into two‑ and three‑dimensional built environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic, environmental, advertising design or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in brand, graphic, or environmental design.
• Strong graphic design sensibility and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and lead teams.
