Bookkeeper (100% Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to maintain clean, accurate financial records across multiple workflows. This fully remote position supports day‑to‑day bookkeeping operations and month‑end close activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Assist with monthly financial reports and cash‑flow tracking
• Support payroll preparation and contractor payments
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue invoices
• Organize financial documentation and maintain compliance records
• Collaborate with accountants and internal teams during month‑end close
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounting Assistant
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and workflows
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
• Reliable, process‑driven with strong follow‑through
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills
