Bilingual SAP BASIS Administrator

About the role

Solventum is seeking a bilingual SAP BASIS Administrator to support its healthcare‑focused SAP landscape. You will work with global SAP process and technical teams to ensure smooth operation of on‑premise and cloud SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide incident resolution and issue fixes for SAP S/4HANA, GTS, BTP, IBP and Ariba.
• Perform regular BASIS tasks such as transport management, batch job handling, system refreshes, monthly maintenance, parameter tuning and annual DR drills.
• Implement and maintain the SAP Private Cloud (Rise with SAP) environment in line with quality standards and GXP compliance.
• Collaborate with SAP TSM, process owners and stakeholders, communicating status and recommendations clearly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP BASIS, BTP administration and cloud‑based SAP applications.
• Bilingual proficiency at C1 level.
• At least one successful Rise with SAP project supporting production issues.
