Bilingual Medical Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking reliable, service‑oriented Bilingual Medical Receptionists to join our growing remote healthcare support team. Working fully remotely from Costa Rica, you will be the first point of contact for patients and providers of U.S. medical practices, ensuring smooth communication and efficient office operations during US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and patient messages with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments, coordinating provider calendars.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, and maintain accurate patient demographics in EMR/EHR systems.
• Support daily administrative workflows, including report generation and database maintenance.

Required profile

• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in a fast‑paced healthcare environment and comfort handling confidential information.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a customer‑service mindset.

Required skills
