Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Representative – U.S. Market

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional to join our new team in Escazú, Costa Rica, providing top‑tier customer service to U.S. clients while identifying sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate naturally and professionally with English‑speaking customers, understanding their needs and solving problems.
• Build rapport quickly, retain customers, and recognize opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
• Follow up on leads, conduct outbound calls when appropriate, and ask for the sale in a consultative manner.
• Document conversations and activities accurately in CRM and related systems.
• Use call‑management, digital lead management, call tracking, and performance dashboard tools to meet KPIs.

Required profile

• Strong real‑world experience in customer service, sales, or a combination of both.
• Native or near‑native English and fluent Spanish.
• Comfortable handling difficult or frustrated customers with patience and professionalism.
• Reliable, proactive, and open to coaching and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work on‑site initially and start immediately.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using call‑management and call‑tracking technology.
• Familiarity with digital customer/lead management platforms and performance dashboards.
