Bank Reconciliation Associate – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Bank Reconciliation Associate to join our Finance team on a fully remote basis. The role focuses on timely and accurate reconciliation of multiple bank accounts, supporting month‑end and year‑end close activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations using ReconNet.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and internal records.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury teams to clear outstanding items.
• Ensure reconciliations are completed timely and adjustments are accurately recorded.
• Prepare reconciliation reports for management review.
• Support internal and external audits by providing reconciliation data and documentation.
• Assist in month‑end and year‑end close processes related to cash and bank accounts.
• Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in bank reconciliations or a similar finance role.
• Hands‑on experience with ReconNet software (strongly preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaborative skills.
