B2B Sales Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the role

Our client seeks a motivated B2B Sales Representative to support the U.S. market from Santa Ana, Costa Rica. This position offers a fast‑paced environment with clear paths for professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships and communication with partners and key accounts.
• Support lead generation, prospect identification and execute outreach campaigns via email, phone and other channels.
• Conduct cold calls, follow‑up activities and maintain accurate data in HubSpot CRM.
• Track opportunities, ensure timely follow‑up and collaborate with internal teams to meet business development goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Communications or related field (preferred).
• 1‑2 years of experience in account management, business development, customer success or sales support.
• Experience working with North American clients in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Experience using CRM platforms; HubSpot experience highly preferred.
• Prospecting and lead generation experience.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities.

What we offer

• 4‑day work week (Monday‑Thursday) from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• On‑site role based in Santa Ana, Costa Rica.
