B2B Advertising Sales and Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a B2B Advertising Sales and Account Manager to own the full commercial cycle—from prospecting to renewal—while delivering exceptional client experiences. You will act as the primary liaison for advertisers, guiding them through campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales inquiries via email, phone, and Zoom.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new prospects through cold outreach and B2B marketing initiatives.
• Conduct structured discovery calls, prepare proposals, and close deals.
• Oversee campaign fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of assets and alignment with editorial and content teams.
• Track campaign performance, identify upsell opportunities, and manage renewals.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, handling contracts, invoices, and accounts receivable.

Required profile

• Strong sales ownership with a proven ability to manage end‑to‑end advertising cycles.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment with global teams.
• Ability to organize, execute, and measure campaign metrics.

Required skills

• Experience with a CRM system.
• Proficiency in Hubstaff for time tracking.
• Familiarity with Zoom for virtual meetings.
