Associate, Technical Sales - Bilingual

About the role

Concentrix, which provides outsourced inside sales, customer success, renewals management and channel management solutions for major brands, is looking for an Associate Technical Sales to join its team. Reporting to an Associate Sales Manager, the role generates new business and grows existing accounts for an assigned client or territory of low to moderate complexity. The position requires fluency in English.

Key responsibilities

• Attend customer meetings, conduct sales presentations and deliver product and service demonstrations.
• Answer product, service and industry questions.
• Prepare low to moderately complex technical proposals and presentations to support sales teams.
• Identify and analyse customer needs and develop strategies to meet them competitively, proposing potential solutions.
• Advise customers and sales teams on the technical aspects of products and services, and act as a customer advocate for pre- and post-sales activities.
• Handle objections and manage external competitive pressures to help retain customers.
• Build effective relationships with decision-makers at all levels across multiple partners.

Required profile

• 1.5+ years of experience in sales or related fields.
• Fluent English (C1).
• High school diploma.
• Ability to extract hidden or unrealized requirements and turn ambiguous customer needs into specific, deliverable ones.
• Experience engaging prospects and communicating with higher-level technical staff, and identifying problems and implementing solutions.
• Passion for learning and optimising new technology and data, and ability to make decisions under uncertainty or with limited data.
