Associate Manager, AI Architect

About the role

The Associate Manager, AI Architect will join Stryker’s Global Process Excellence team to drive AI adoption across Finance and other business functions. Working closely with business leaders and the Enterprise Digital & Technology organization, you will shape AI strategies, design scalable solutions, and deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify, prioritize and define AI opportunities aligned with business goals.
• Lead AI discovery workshops and translate business challenges into AI use cases.
• Develop AI roadmaps and implementation plans in collaboration with business and EDT teams.
• Design end‑to‑end AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, AI Agents and related technologies.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, governance and technology standards.
• Manage AI initiatives through the full lifecycle from ideation to production deployment and value realization.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend transformation opportunities.
• Mentor developers and technical teams on AI design and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, solution architecture or intelligent automation.
• 3+ years leading AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning or Intelligent Automation projects.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise AI solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
