Assembler 1 – Production Line

About the role

Moog is seeking an Assembler 1 to join its production team in San José, Costa Rica. This entry‑level position focuses on hands‑on work on the assembly line, supporting daily plant operations and ensuring product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain and troubleshoot assembly line machinery and equipment.
• Install components, sub‑assemblies or parts as products move through the line.
• Move, pack and sort raw materials and finished goods.
• Monitor output quality, identify defective items and initiate re‑work or discard as needed.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma, GED or basic vocational/technical education.
• Limited or no prior experience; ability to follow standard procedures.
• Works under close supervision with detailed verbal, visual or written instructions.
• Demonstrates basic problem‑solving for routine, well‑defined tasks.
