About the role

The company is a long‑standing distributor of bicycles and cycling accessories, looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to manage its online sales channel, social media presence and digital content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service and follow‑up through the e‑commerce site, social networks and WhatsApp.
• Create graphic and audiovisual assets for social media in line with the overall communication strategy.
• Support the planning and production of social‑media content and digital promotion campaigns.
• Maintain and continuously update the online store.
• Respond to online inquiries and route them to the appropriate internal departments.
• Produce digital and printed material required by various departments, including photography and video pre‑production, production and post‑production.
• Participate in marketing meetings, both in‑person and virtual.

Required profile

• Resident of Heredia or nearby areas.
• Experience in online sales.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Methodical work style with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
• Creativity, innovation, flexibility and adaptability.
