About the role

The Sales and Management Assistant will support the General Management and sales team in daily operations, ensuring smooth client follow‑up, quote preparation and project coordination. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys structured work and has a strong service orientation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and sales team with client follow‑up, quotations, and project tracking.
• Provide customer service via phone, email and digital platforms.
• Prepare and monitor quotations, orders and production requests.
• Maintain the CRM, commercial reports and key performance indicators.
• Handle complaints, satisfaction surveys and implement corrective actions.
• Support administrative tasks related to sales and customer service.
• Generate reports required by management.
• Participate in bidding processes and platform registrations.
• Follow documentation, validations and management system procedures.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, deliveries and communication with other departments.
• Offer ad‑hoc assistance to the sales team.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachiller en Educación Media).
• Bilingual secretarial background.
• Intermediate‑advanced English (B2) – spoken and written.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Enjoyment of client interaction and process‑oriented work.
• Valid B1 driver’s license or in the process of obtaining one.
