Acerca del puesto

Se busca un asistente contable para gestionar registros de facturas y apoyar en tareas contables asignadas por la gerencia.

Responsabilidades principales

Registrar facturas con o sin Orden de Compra.
Realizar conciliaciones de proveedores según indicaciones.
Llevar control de reembolsos a empresas contratistas.
Dar soporte y seguimiento a diferencias o inconsistencias en la recepción y aprobación de facturas.
Apoyar en otras tareas contables solicitadas por la gerencia.
