Asistente Administrativo(a) – Área de Mantenimiento y Mejora Continua

About the role

The Administrative Assistant will support the Maintenance and Continuous Improvement areas of AkzoNobel's Protecto SA brand. The role combines administrative, logistical, and financial tasks to ensure smooth operations and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and send local and regional reports.
• Enter maintenance work requests and update the Balance Scorecard.
• Manage internal supply requests, non‑inventory items, and repair orders.
• Control budgets for supplies, equipment repairs, and building maintenance.
• Coordinate the regional "Reto VUELA" initiative.
• Legalize and process invoices from various departments and liaise with suppliers.
• Administer petty cash, process payments, reimbursements, and generate related reports.
• Organize local company activities such as team‑building events.
• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18000, and Carbon Neutral management systems.
• Execute assigned tasks from the SAS program.

Required profile

• Technical or associate degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in an administrative role.
• Knowledge of customer service, purchase orders, administrative control, invoicing, payments, KPI management, and basic accounting.
