About the role

Join Connect as a Commercial Advisor focused on telemarketing. You will sell and retain roadside and home assistance plans, advising customers on benefits and coverage while creating genuine needs to close sales.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell assistance plans to commercial partners and end‑customers.
• Provide clear guidance on plan benefits, coverage options, and pricing.
• Generate demand, achieve sales targets, and contribute to overall commercial goals.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachillerato).
• Willingness to relocate to San José, Curridabat.
• Minimum 1 year of outbound phone sales experience.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Proficiency with office tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (GSuite).
• Energetic, initiative‑driven, and eager to grow.
• Clear communication and results‑oriented mindset.
