About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join our automotive sales team. You will work with digital leads, showcase vehicles, and provide a modern, customer‑focused buying experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on leads using CRM tools.
- Conduct test drives and deliver vehicles to customers.
- Negotiate, close sales, and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues to adapt to a fast‑changing environment.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in vehicle sales or banking sales.
- Valid B1 driving licence for test drives and vehicle delivery.
- Proactive, results‑oriented and able to work well in a team.
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems for lead tracking and customer management.
