About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Advisor to join our automotive team, focusing on both combustion and electric vehicles. The role involves guiding customers through the purchasing process, from initial contact to final sale, while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, understand buyer needs, and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Maintain deep knowledge of combustion and electric vehicle models, specifications, benefits, and financing options.
• Manage and follow up leads from websites, social media, events, and other sources to convert them into sales.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations highlighting features and advantages.
• Negotiate pricing and terms, close sales, and achieve set sales targets.
• Record client interactions and lead status accurately in a CRM system.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the automotive industry, especially electric vehicles.

Required profile

• Prior experience selling used vehicles and conducting appraisals.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and proven usage.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Passion for the automotive sector and interest in electric vehicles.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and events.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
