About the role

EPICCCA is looking for a results‑driven Corporate B2B Sales Advisor specialized in glass sales. The role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, offering tailored technological solutions, and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the commercial management team as the executive lead.
• Identify, prospect and develop new B2B opportunities in the glass and construction sector.
• Present customized technology‑based service packages to meet client needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, diagnosis, proposal, closing and follow‑up.
• Build and maintain long‑term strategic relationships with corporate clients.
• Guarantee a high‑quality customer experience at every stage.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B commercial management and sales.
• Experience in glass or construction sales (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to identify opportunities and design effective value propositions.
• Strong focus on customer service and results orientation.
• Experience in lead generation and active prospecting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and digital sales management tools.
