Artwork Assembly Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Artwork Assembly Specialist to support the digital development of packaging materials for multiple product categories. The role focuses on creating and assembling print‑ready artwork files for labels, cartons and other printed packaging components, ensuring they meet P&G’s technical, regulatory and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new print‑ready files for various product line‑ups based on approved inputs and release them to printers.
• Assemble packaging artwork files for labels, cartons and other components in line with P&G design standards and guidelines.
• Execute the in‑house artwork assembly process, performing readiness assessments with standard checklists across each development phase.
• Participate in briefing hand‑off calls, follow‑up discussions and quality assurance/quality control checks.
• Ensure compliance with Global Digital Artwork File Protocol (GDAFP), regional style guides and applicable regulatory and technical requirements.
• Conduct defect analysis on quality issues, identify improvement opportunities and support file destruction requests when errors are identified.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including graphics, color and print specialists to ensure strong execution and alignment.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Experience in packaging artwork development and file preparation.
• Familiarity with global digital artwork protocols and regional style guides.
• Understanding of regulatory and technical requirements for packaging.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
