About the role

Grupo ZEN is looking for an architect with solid interior‑design experience to join its Extras department. The role focuses on defining, developing, reviewing and monitoring additional options offered to clients, ensuring each proposal is functional, technically viable and delivered as approved.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and define suitable extras and additional options for each project.
• Participate in the development and conceptualisation of design products and solutions.
• Review and validate designs, renders, plans and technical documentation.
• Verify functionality, feasibility and correct specification of offered options.
• Track execution, installation and quality control of extras.
• Ensure furniture, finishes and other elements installed match client‑approved specifications.
• Provide technical and operational support throughout all project stages.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience in interior design.
• Experience or knowledge in furniture design and development.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp and rendering tools.
• Willingness to travel to different project sites.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to interpret and develop plans, renders, construction details and technical documentation.
• Good aesthetic, functional and technical judgement.
• Attention to detail, organisational and coordination abilities.
