About the role

The Senior Compliance & Anti‑Corruption Analyst ensures that the company’s policies, procedures and controls related to bribery prevention are effectively applied. The role conducts risk‑based reviews of key processes, monitors third‑party activities, and supports regional compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute quarterly anti‑corruption reviews of critical processes, analyze transaction populations, and investigate potential breaches.
• Lead the annual audit plan for suppliers and third‑party intermediaries, selecting subjects based on risk assessments and coordinating audit execution.
• Plan and perform control testing reviews, evaluate design and effectiveness of controls, and document remediation plans.
• Run billing discrepancy protocols, analyze related transactions, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Provide regional support to other Walmart markets, participate in special projects from the Vice‑President of Compliance, share best practices, and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration or Law; a master’s degree in Auditing, Compliance or Risk is a plus.
• 3‑4 years of audit experience, preferably with exposure to compliance and anti‑corruption programs.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and experience managing corrective‑action plans.
