About the role

The Supply Chain Analyst will plan and monitor the flow of goods from suppliers through distribution centers to stores, ensuring the right quantities arrive at the right time. The role involves close collaboration with capacity planning, transport, and replenishment teams to keep the supply chain on track.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and define the business plan and rolling forecast for distribution centers for inbound and outbound flows by channel and division.
• Create 30‑, 60‑, 90‑, and 120‑day plans, guaranteeing sufficient capacity and generating alerts for significant deviations.
• Maintain stable weekly flow in distribution centers, both inbound and outbound, to meet weekly planning targets.
• Lead weekly flow‑tracking sessions with distribution, traffic, import, transport, and replenishment teams, issuing alerts and following up on agreed actions.
• Define optimal delivery frequencies to stores, verify delivery day assignments, configure frequencies in the replenishment system, and manage specific change requests.
• Validate and monitor plans to reduce end‑to‑end flow interruptions, ensuring supply within planned capacities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain.
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain operations and short‑, medium‑, and long‑term demand forecasting.
• Proven ability to work with forecasts and demand projections.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for numerical analysis and synthesis.
• Statistical analysis.
• Power BI for data visualization.
• SQL (desirable).
• Experience with the GRS replenishment system (desirable).
