AJO / ACO Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an AJO / ACO Developer to design, build and operate customer‑journey and campaign experiences using Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Campaign. You will work remotely as part of Nortal’s LATAM digital‑marketing technology practice, turning client data into personalized communications across email, push, SMS, in‑app and other channels.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and extend Adobe Journey Optimizer – schemas, datasets, identities, segments, journeys, channel settings and message templates.
• Build and maintain Adobe Campaign (Classic/Standard) workflows, delivery templates, typology rules, targeting and tracking.
• Implement personalization using AEP profiles, computed attributes, segmentation and decisioning (Offer or AJO decisioning).
• Develop multi‑channel experiences (email, push, SMS, in‑app) with HTML, CSS, AMPscript‑like expressions and Handlebars‑style helpers.
• Create event‑driven journeys and integrate upstream sources via streaming or batch ingestion.
• Build integrations between AJO/ACO and AEP, CDPs, data warehouses and channel providers using APIs, webhooks and connectors.
• Maintain XDM schemas, field groups, identity maps and dataset configurations.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Campaign.
• Strong understanding of digital‑marketing data models and personalization logic.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
