Airbnb Luxe Home Consultant – On‑site Property Assessments

About the role

Join our Managed Services program supporting Airbnb’s Luxe offering as a Home Consultant. You will travel to luxury homes in the Nosara area, conduct thorough on‑site assessments, capture high‑quality photos, and produce detailed evaluation reports that help maintain Airbnb’s high hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform in‑person home consultations and property evaluations.
• Capture high‑resolution photos and document the condition of each property.
• Complete structured assessment reports using provided guidelines and templates.
• Maintain professional, responsive communication with hosts.
• Coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email.
• Submit reports promptly after each consultation.

Required profile

• Preferred background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate, or related fields (not mandatory).
• Flexible schedule and reliable transportation.
• Own a phone or tablet capable of uploading photos and reports.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding communication skills.
• Located within one hour’s drive of the assigned property.

Required skills

• MediaBox platform for scheduling and reporting.

What we offer

• Per‑assignment compensation: proposed base rate for a 1‑bedroom home (average $60‑$75 USD), plus $5 USD for each additional bedroom up to eight.
• Travel reimbursement ranging from $5 to $92 USD per day, based on distance from the assigned zone.
• Flexible, as‑needed work schedule.
