About the role

Kyndryl is seeking an AI Modernization Architect to lead the design of next‑generation software frameworks and solutions. You will shape enterprise‑wide application architecture, ensuring it aligns with business goals while leveraging AI‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design cutting‑edge software frameworks, system interfaces, and business application prototypes.
• Identify and remediate architectural weaknesses across the application stack.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, conducting design and code reviews.
• Maintain uniform enterprise‑wide design standards and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business requirements and project objectives.
• Produce and maintain architecture documentation, integration guidelines, and testing standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in application modernization and solution implementation.
• Hands‑on ability to build agents, workflows, or technical components.
• Experience creating MVPs or demos for validation purposes.
• Comfort working within consulting teams and supporting solution design.
