Agentic Software Engineer (Google Antigravity) – Remote

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking an Agentic Software Engineer to join client teams remotely across Latin America. You will work alongside designers and engineers, leveraging Google Antigravity to drive AI‑generated code across full‑stack projects.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client development teams and collaborate daily with designers and engineers.
• Use Google Antigravity as the primary environment to coordinate AI‑driven implementation across large, multi‑file systems.
• Translate complex product requirements into AI‑friendly specifications and oversee end‑to‑end delivery.
• Maintain disciplined human‑in‑the‑loop review processes for high‑impact or safety‑critical flows.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support asynchronous, remote teamwork.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep understanding of full‑stack architectures and AI‑first development workflows.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies.
