ACM Operations Analyst

About the role

The ACM Operations Analyst supports the execution of Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) façade and cladding projects. Working closely with the ACM Operations Lead, the analyst translates design intent into precise shop drawings, nesting files and production data while ensuring high accuracy and efficient communication.

Key responsibilities

• Review architectural, structural and shop drawings to define ACM system requirements and project scope.
• Perform constructability reviews, highlight design issues early and verify measurements from site surveys, 3D scans or as‑built drawings.
• Prepare material take‑offs, technical summaries for procurement and assist with project budgeting.
• Oversee creation and validation of ACM shop drawings, panel elevations, cut lists and production‑ready files.
• Analyze dimensional data, field measurements and fabrication reports to ensure panel accuracy and identify optimization opportunities.
• Maintain standards on key ACM production software such as AutoCAD, Panel Builder, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office.
• Provide remote fabrication assistance, coordinate sequencing, material feed and production flow.
• Track ACM sheet inventory, panel output, delivery sequencing and other material usage, ensuring traceability.
• Monitor project schedules, report weekly progress and attend coordination meetings.
