Account Support Manager

About the role

The Account Support Manager will provide on‑site technical support for HPE customers, ensuring high satisfaction through proactive and reactive service delivery. This hybrid position requires working two days per week from an HPE office in Heredia.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver post‑sales technical support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of HPE solutions.
• Manage incidents and service requests in line with Service Level Agreements, escalating when necessary.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with account management and influence delivery decisions.
• Lead small projects or programs within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a technical field with 4‑6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, able to interact with technical staff and management.
• Ability to prioritize, suggest operational efficiencies, and manage customer expectations.
