Account Manager - Dental

About the role

The Dental Account Manager will lead the expansion and management of our digital dental product distribution network. Working remotely from Costa Rica, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets while building strong partnerships with distributors across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow the sales distribution network for digital dental solutions, ensuring target attainment.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing distributors, monitoring performance and collaboration.
• Acquire in‑depth knowledge of product features and operations to effectively represent the portfolio.
• Gather and analyse market and industry intelligence to shape sales and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute regional sales activities such as roadshows, trade shows, product demos, and the development of key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key opinion consumers (KOCs).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proactive, self‑driven, and action‑oriented with strong market development and account management abilities.
• Goal‑focused with a high achievement orientation and excellent customer service mindset.
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required.
• Experience in the medical, dental, or clinical industry is strongly preferred.
