About the role

The Learning Advisor Lead is a senior HR professional who partners with business and HR stakeholders to design, market, and execute learning strategies that align with Citi’s broader priorities. Reporting within the Learning & Culture organization, this role drives end‑to‑end learning solutions for the Markets & Services coverage area.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and market a learning strategy that supports HR and business priorities while leveraging enterprise solutions.
• Conduct root‑cause and gap analyses to identify learning opportunities and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with other Learning Advisors and subject‑matter experts to ensure learning products meet standards, policies, and governance requirements.
• Measure the effectiveness of training interventions, communicate impact to stakeholders, and manage the learning budget for the function.
• Stay current on external market trends and assess future capability requirements for the function.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of experience in learning and development, with a strong consulting mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
• Proven ability to influence, manage relationships, and lead projects autonomously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning tools.
• Vendor management experience (desired).
