Virtual Assistant to CEO – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support our CEO remotely across Latin America. You will manage executive logistics while driving operational improvements in a fast‑growing, women‑focused organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses and event planning.
• Streamline workflows, conduct data analysis, prepare reports, maintain SOPs and documentation.
• Coordinate internal projects and facilitate cross‑functional communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory customer‑service role (e.g., Team Lead, Operations Manager, Trainer).
• Fluent English (C1) – written and spoken.
• Proven track record of at least one role held for 2 + years.
• Self‑starter who takes initiative without being asked.
