Value Management Consultant

About the role

The Value Management Consultant helps customers understand the financial and business impact of Workday solutions. You will work directly with prospects and existing clients to uncover priorities, build credible business cases, and partner with sales teams to deliver a compelling value story.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer‑facing value engagements and discovery sessions.
• Analyze customer data, benchmarks and financial metrics to create business cases.
• Collaborate with sales teams to tailor value narratives for each prospect.
• Balance strategic, high‑impact engagements with a healthy volume of opportunities.
• Maintain a 50% onsite presence at the AFZ office in Heredia.

Required profile

• High‑energy, driven individual with curiosity and optimism.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to spend half of the work week onsite.
