Treasury Assistant

About the role

As a Treasury Assistant you will support the Central America Finance team in Costa Rica, ensuring day‑to‑day treasury operations run smoothly. You will work closely with the Finance Manager, General Accountant, banks and internal stakeholders to keep cash information accurate and payments processed on time.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute payments, monitor bank balances and update cash‑flow data.
• Perform bank and accounting reconciliations and maintain treasury records.
• Coordinate payment documentation, follow up on banking transactions and resolve outstanding items.
• Collaborate with local and global finance teams to meet treasury deadlines.
• Contribute to process improvements and support the Finance team during shifting priorities.

Required profile

• Advanced studies in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field.
• Experience supporting payments, bank transactions, cash management or similar financial processes.
• Practical experience completing bank or accounting reconciliations.
• Strong written and spoken English skills are desirable.
