Travel and Expense Associate

About the role

Bayer is seeking a Travel and Expense Associate to ensure timely and accurate processing of travel and expense transactions while providing excellent support to employees. The role contributes to compliance, process improvement, and reporting within the Risk Management function.

Key responsibilities

• Process and audit travel and expense transactions in line with company policies.
• Deliver customer support through direct communication with employees and resolve routine auditing issues.
• Identify and contribute to process improvements for efficient operations.
• Maintain compliance with standards, policies, KPIs and prepare related reports.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant stakeholders and provide technical support.

Required profile

• Academic degree in accounting, business administration, finance, law, risk management or similar.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience after graduation.
• Fluent in English (oral and written) with strong communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented, proactive team player able to work independently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with SAP, Concur, AppZen and advanced Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email and chat technologies.
