Training Technician II

About the role

CooperSurgical is seeking a Training Technician II to lead and continuously improve its training programs. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and evaluating multimedia training resources while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead review and enhancement of the training matrix, courses, and programs to align with business goals and compliance requirements.
• Design, develop, and update multimedia training materials such as videos, photographs, and interactive content.
• Mentor trainers, standardize training processes, and deliver advanced train‑the‑trainer sessions.
• Analyze training KPIs, generate reports, and implement data‑driven improvements to productivity and employee performance.
• Coordinate internal and external audits related to GDP, GMP, 6S, and EHS training compliance.
• Maintain the training room and equipment, ensuring readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Manage certification systems and ensure accurate documentation of employee training records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards (GDP, GMP, 6S, EHS).
• Ability to analyze training data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams, including document control and supervisory staff.
