Training Specialist II

About the role

The Training Specialist II is an individual contributor who designs, implements, delivers, and continuously improves training programs that support Production, Quality, and Operational Excellence initiatives. Acting as a subject‑matter expert, the specialist ensures technical training, compliance, Lean learning principles, and workforce development are embedded across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update technical training curricula, materials, and certification processes.
• Deliver classroom and on‑the‑job training sessions for manufacturing, quality and continuous‑improvement teams.
• Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement of learning programs.
• Ensure training compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
• Apply Lean and Operational Excellence methodologies to optimize learning delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Life Sciences, Organizational Development, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in medical device, pharmaceutical or biotech environments.
• 4+ years of experience creating and managing technical training programs.
• High English proficiency (B2+/C1).
• Demonstrated experience with Operational Excellence (OPEX) initiatives.
