Training Coordinator

About the role

As a Training Coordinator at Zimmer Biomet, you will support the development and coordination of training programs for employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory and skill requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and coordinating training programs for Zimmer Biomet personnel.
• Maintain training documentation in line with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Respond to training requests, generate reports, and update the learning management system.
• Provide training input for change control documents and ensure new or revised procedures are communicated.
• Collaborate with Document Control and department leads to address training needs.

Required profile

• High school diploma (required); Associate degree in a scientific, business, training, or education field preferred.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in training coordination or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Computer literacy with experience in database processing.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations (preferred).
