Trainer CR (L‑S 2pm a 10pm)

About the role

The Trainer CR is responsible for delivering induction and ongoing training to apprentices and production staff in a medical manufacturing environment. Working on the L‑S shift (2 pm – 10 pm), the role ensures that all personnel are up‑to‑date with quality, safety, and operational excellence standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare and deliver induction training for new apprentices.
• Manage regulatory and technical trainings, ensuring completion in the electronic system.
• Conduct monthly observations of production processes and provide feedback.
• Simulate real‑line conditions in the training laboratory, covering equipment, tools, and documentation.
• Explain learning curves to trainees and monitor progress throughout the training period.
• Maintain training schedules, safety standards, 6S, and operational excellence practices.
• Answer policy‑related questions and ensure compliance both inside and outside the training lab.
• Organise follow‑up meetings, generate daily training reports, and request necessary supplies.

Required profile

• Secondary education (complete or incomplete) plus technical training in Production, Quality or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience within the company or the medical industry.
• Proven ability to transmit knowledge effectively.
• Fluent Spanish and basic English (A1 level) preferred.
• Knowledge of production processes, Good Manufacturing Practices, documentation, and quality controls.

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
