About the role
This contract position focuses on analyzing and improving Toast POS workflows for restaurants. The specialist will create documentation, guide best practices, and support knowledge transfer remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze Toast POS workflows, including order entry, payment processing, and reporting.
- Create scenario‑based documentation and step‑by‑step guides reflecting real restaurant operations.
- Deliver comprehensive reviews of system functionalities and identify improvement opportunities.
- Annotate and evaluate authentic transaction data, menus, and order flows to enhance AI understanding.
Required profile
- Significant hands‑on experience with Toast POS configuration, troubleshooting, and daily operation.
- Deep understanding of restaurant operational workflows and POS integration.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication focused on clarity and accuracy.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and passion for process improvement.
