Technology Analyst - Sourcing Technology

About the role

JLL is hiring a Technology Analyst (Sourcing Technology) in Belen, Costa Rica, reporting to the Director, Sourcing Technology. The role supports the strategy for sourcing technology applications for the Work Dynamics business line across the Americas, covering upstream and downstream applications in the source-to-pay process. It works with the Sourcing & Procurement and Work Dynamics Operations teams to select and deploy technology consistently across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Support business requirements for technology applications and build the end-to-end sourcing technology strategy with the Director.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and align sourcing activities with business objectives.
• Share developments in sourcing technology and data with business stakeholders and coordinate with team members and subject matter experts.
• Document and resolve open issues and next steps as rolling action items.
• Deploy and manage the end-to-end suite of technology applications, train end users and support project teams on adoption.
• Act as the first point of contact for sourcing technology and data insights, and search for process improvements.
• Facilitate spend report requests outside the end-user scope, understand the sourcing technology ecosystem and integrations, and track client attribute updates to maintain data quality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience; a sourcing technology company background is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Track record of developing and implementing sourcing technology in a complex global organization, with exposure to a similar-sized company.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and work collaboratively.
• Exposure to global real estate categories in facilities management and capital works projects preferred but not essential.

Required skills

• Experience with e-sourcing platforms such as Jaggaer, Ariba or Coupa is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
