Technician II Facilities – Manufacturing Site

About the role

Join Stryker’s manufacturing team in Grecia to maintain a safe, compliant, and fully operational facility environment. You will focus on advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building systems that support medical device production.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs for building infrastructure, emergency power, and specialized equipment.
• Respond to service requests and resolve issues within defined response times.
• Install, maintain, and repair facility infrastructure used in manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and healthcare facility standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate external service providers to meet safety and quality requirements.
• Support facility modifications, space‑planning activities, and emergency response readiness.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Facilities, Engineering, or a related technical field (technical degree).
• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility maintenance within a regulated environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar).
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
