Technical Instructor – HPE Networking

About the role

The Technical Instructor – HPE Networking will deliver high‑impact training to customers, partners, and HPE employees. Working primarily from a remote setting, you will support North American time zones and occasionally deliver global sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging technical training in classroom, virtual classroom, and event‑based environments.
• Teach HPE Networking technologies such as campus access, switching, cloud‑based network management, security, and SD‑WAN.
• Manage the full training lifecycle, including customer consultation, scoping, tailored delivery, beta courses, certification workshops, and exam proctoring.
• Prepare for new and emerging technologies and support readiness for new course launches.
• Provide actionable feedback to course development teams based on classroom experience and learner questions.
• Represent HPE Networking Education Services with professionalism, technical credibility, and a strong customer‑success mindset.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical training, technical pre‑sales, network consulting, or implementation/support of networking products in LAN, WAN, security, or internet services environments.
• Strong wireless networking background with expertise in switching, security, and cloud‑based network management.
• HPE Aruba Networking Certified Professional – Campus Access certification.
• One or more of the following certifications: ACP‑S, ACP‑NS, or APC‑Central.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience using virtual presentation and collaboration tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including regional trips.
