Talent Management Trainer (Process Leader)

About the role

The Talent Management Trainer, also referred to as Process Leader, is responsible for designing, developing and delivering high‑impact training programs that boost both soft and technical capabilities across the organization. The role works closely with operations and HR partners to ensure learning initiatives are aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operations to identify training needs for on‑role employees and schedule regular and ad‑hoc sessions throughout the year.
• Adapt content and delivery methods to suit diverse learning styles, from entry‑level staff to senior professionals.
• Create training materials such as presentations, workbooks, job aids, e‑learning modules and assessments.
• Facilitate workshops, bootcamps, webinars and one‑on‑one coaching sessions.
• Lead engaging sessions on interpersonal and professional development.
• Conduct onboarding training and manage the Acuity Training Academy programs for new hires.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience using Excel and managing databases in data‑analysis, financial reporting, operations or business‑intelligence roles.
• Experience in training, facilitation or coaching is a plus.
• Proven ability to work with managers or HR partners to translate skill gaps into targeted learning interventions.
• Relevant certifications or instructor‑focused courses are advantageous.
