Talent Acquisition Supervisor – Banking & Financial Services

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead recruitment efforts for fast‑paced banking and financial services accounts. The role combines strategic talent planning with hands‑on execution, ensuring our clients receive top‑tier talent that meets regulatory and business demands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute recruitment strategies to attract high‑quality talent across banking and financial services programs.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets, quality metrics, and service‑level commitments.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Workforce Planning, and business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and create proactive staffing solutions.
• Build talent pipelines for critical banking roles, ensuring readiness for volume and specialized hiring demands.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate, and early attrition.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and talent recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, data privacy regulations, banking standards, and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience within talent acquisition, recruiting, or workforce planning.
• Experience supporting high‑volume hiring environments, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
