Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Theragenics is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruiting for both Costa Rica and United States operations. The role will be based in Costa Rica and will partner closely with People Operations, HR Business Partners, hiring managers and manufacturing leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for manufacturing operators, leadership, engineering, scientific, technical and professional positions across Costa Rica and the United States.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to define workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview candidates and coordinate offers, pre‑employment testing and onboarding processes.
• Maintain talent pipelines for hourly, technical and professional roles and track recruiting metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including U.S. and Costa Rica positions.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities across countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ADP HRIS/ATS or comparable applicant tracking system.
• Working knowledge of U.S. background check and drug‑screening requirements.
